• Active Nurse Practitioner license with advanced practice credentials in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of nurse practitioner experience preferred
• Psychiatry, behavioral health, or mental health experience strongly preferred
• Board certified or board certification eligible
• Fellowship training in psychiatry or mental health preferred
• Ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care

• Evaluate and manage psychiatric patients in an on-site clinical setting
• Complete approximately 10 patient encounters per shift
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health and behavioral health care
• Collaborate with the care team to support continuity of treatment and patient outcomes
• Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up recommendations accurately
• Deliver patient-centered care with professionalism, clinical confidence, and empathy
