As a Home Health Aide Or Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with residents while working alongside nurses, recreation staff, dining services, and other dedicated professionals who share a common goal of helping residents live with dignity, independence, and purpose.
Your Mission:

As a Home Health Aide Or Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide compassionate, person-centered care while supporting residents with activities of daily living, encouraging independence, and creating moments of comfort and connection throughout the day. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a positive impact.
What You'll Do:
- Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal care.
- Encourage resident independence while promoting dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.
- Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Assist residents with meals, hydration, and other daily routines as needed.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families while providing emotional support and companionship.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety, infection prevention, and resident care guidelines.
- Collaborate with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional resident-centered care.
What You'll Bring:
- Current Massachusetts Home Health Aide (Hha) Or Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) certification required.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in assisted living, home care, or long-term care is preferred but not required.
