This role provides direct clinical patient care. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating care for assigned patients on a per‑shift basis. The RN supervises delegated staff, supports the Chief Nursing Officer, and ensures high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, staff competency, and effective resource management.
Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality, safe, cost‑effective nursing care to all patients.
- Coordinate and integrate patient care using the nursing process.
- Direct care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, and Infection Control, aiming for optimal patient discharge.
- Plan and coordinate patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
- Perform all HICS (hospital incident command system) responsibilities during emergencies or disasters.
- Know the hospital’s emergency codes and adhere to corresponding policies and procedures.

Graduated from a state‑approved or accredited nursing school. - Certification:
