Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Manager

Location: Natick, Massachusetts

Hours: 36 hours per week – 12‑hour day shifts

Employment Type: Staff – Ongoing

• Assist the DCQI in managing the hospital’s Quality/Performance Improvement program.
• Support quality and process‑improvement initiatives identified across the organization.
• Track, collect, and trend data related to quality performance.
• Coordinate and provide guidance for meetings, seminars, services, and programs linked to the overall Quality/Performance Improvement program.
• Coordinate hospital‑wide performance‑improvement activities under the DCQI’s direction.
• Integrate and manage the Quality/Performance Improvement program to meet regulatory requirements (Joint Commission, state statutes).
• Carry out assignments delegated by the DCQI and coordinate reports, correspondence, and information as needed.
• Collaborate with department directors to compile and generate reports for analysis and interpretation for the Quality/Performance Improvement department/committee.
• Perform related duties as required.

• Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a patient‑care related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement.
• Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice in the state of Massachusetts.

• Certification in Healthcare Quality (e.g., CPHQ).
