Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing is a 51-bed skilled nursing community with a strong focus on long-term, relationship-centered care. Our size allows leaders to know their residents, support their teams, and remain actively involved in the day-to-day life of the community.

Your Mission:

As the Director of Nursing Services, you will provide clinical leadership that ensures exceptional resident care while creating a positive, supportive environment for your team.

You’ll oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department, mentor and develop nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with the interdisciplinary team to promote resident-centered care. Most importantly, you’ll help cultivate a culture where residents receive compassionate, high-quality care and employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing services within our 51-bed skilled nursing community.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing nursing team while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and maintain the highest standards of resident care.
  • Partner with the interdisciplinary team to oversee resident care, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical outcomes.
  • Manage nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and department performance.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and staff to promote exceptional resident-centered care.
What You’ll Bring :
  • Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Previous nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative, compassionate leadership style with a commitment to quality resident care.
