Registered Nurse - Emergency Room - Falls, NY

Role: Emergency Department Registered Nurse providing urgent, compassionate care to a diverse patient population.

• Performing rapid, accurate patient assessments to prioritize care based on acuity and urgency
• Administering emergency medications, managing IV lines, and executing life‑saving interventions under pressure
• Managing care delivery for ED beds in collaboration with physicians and staff, anticipating discharge or transition needs
• Partnering during multidisciplinary rounds to ensure seamless, timely care
• Promoting trust through bedside reports, patient education, and compassionate communication
• Championing evidence‑based practices and quality improvement initiatives

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred
• Active, unrestricted NYS RN license
• Current ACLS, PALS, and stroke certifications or willingness to obtain within first year
• Excellent clinical judgment, problem‑solving skills, and ability to remain calm during emergencies
