Pay: $33.00–$37.20 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Week 1
- Tuesday: 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
- Friday: 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
- Saturday: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
Week 2
- Sunday: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
- Friday: 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 11:00 a.m.–7:0p.m.

Beaumont Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing is a 51-bed skilled nursing community where residents receive individualized, relationship-centered care. Our smaller size allows our team to truly know our residents, work collaboratively, and make a meaningful difference every day.
Your Mission
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Beaumont, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while helping ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported. You will administer medications and treatments, monitor residents’ conditions, communicate changes to the appropriate members of the care team, and work closely with nursing assistants and other clinical professionals.
Your clinical judgment, dependability, and resident-centered approach will help us maintain an exceptional standard of care across evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
What You’ll Do
- Provide nursing care in accordance with residents’ individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly communicate significant changes.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, nursing assistants, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Supervise and support CNAs while promoting responsive and compassionate resident care.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow all applicable clinical, state, federal, and facility requirements.
- Respond to resident needs and emergencies with professionalism, sound judgment, and compassion.
What You’ll Bring
- Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Dependability and the ability to work the posted rotating schedule.
- A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
