What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients in an inpatient psychiatric unit
Manage a wide age range, including adolescents and elderly patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Conduct assessments, diagnose, and treat mental health and physical health issues
Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies
Provide patient education and support to families and caregivers

What You Need
Required:

Massachusetts RN license and FNP-BC certification
Ability to practice independently in Massachusetts
2+ years of experience in family medicine or psychiatric settings
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Preferred:

Prior credentialing at Leonard campus or similar facilities
Experience with adolescent to elderly mental health patients
Strong assessment and collaboration skills
