What You’ll Do

Provide mental and physical health evaluations for patients aged 10 to elderly in an inpatient psychiatric setting
Manage a diverse caseload, including acute and chronic psychiatric conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Conduct assessments, screenings, and medication management
Participate in patient health education and support services
Follow all regulatory and hospital standards to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinical protocols

What You Need
Required:

Massachusetts state license and independent practice privileges
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC)
2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in mental health/psychiatric settings
Ability to drive locally and commit to a long-term position

Preferred:

Previous credentialing at Leonard campus
Experience with adolescent and elderly populations
Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
