What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive family medicine care for patients aged 10 and older in an inpatient psychiatric unit
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and execute patient treatment plans
Conduct assessments, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress
Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
Support patients’ mental health needs in a fast-paced, cohesive environment
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies

What You Need

Valid Massachusetts Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) license
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in mental health or inpatient settings
Ability to practice independently within Massachusetts
Reliable transportation and local residency preferred (candidate currently credentialed at Leonard campus a plus)
Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and compassionate approach to patient care
