The Assistant Manager role at ALDO is a full‑time position based on‑site in Natick, MA. The Assistant Manager will support day‑to‑day store operations, assist in driving sales, provide excellent customer service, and lead a team to deliver an engaging shopping experience. Responsibilities include staff training and supervision, inventory management, ensuring store compliance with company visual and operational standards, and taking part in goal setting and performance tracking.
