The Sales Associate role at Pottery Barn Kids involves delivering excellent customer service, building relationships with customers, and assisting them in finding products that meet their needs. Responsibilities include welcoming and engaging customers, providing product knowledge, maintaining store appearance, replenishing inventory, and helping customers with design advice, including personalized and customized options. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Natick, MA, requiring collaboration with the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Proficiency in product knowledge, ability to provide personalized recommendations, and understanding of home and children's product trends.
- Effective verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented with skills in organization, inventory management, and maintaining store presentation standards.
- Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities to address customer needs and resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces for families and children is an advantage.
