Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Keyholder role based in Natick, MA. The Keyholder will support day‑to‑day store operations, including opening and closing the store, overseeing cash handling, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The role includes providing knowledgeable, friendly customer service, assisting salon professionals and retail clients with product selection, and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.

The Keyholder will help drive sales by promoting featured brands, new launches, and promotions, and by meeting or exceeding individual and store performance goals. Additional responsibilities may include inventory support, receiving and stocking merchandise, supporting loss prevention efforts, and contributing to a positive, inclusive team environment.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, with the ability to build rapport and support diverse clients in a professional, welcoming manner.
• Proven Retail Sales and Communication skills, including active listening, product recommendation, and clear, respectful interactions with customers and teammates.
• Solid Product Knowledge or interest in learning professional beauty and salon brands to effectively educate customers and suggest solutions.
• Previous retail or keyholder experience, including basic cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move product as needed, and maintain store standards in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a flexible part‑time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in beauty, cosmetology, or a related field is a plus (license not required for consideration).
