PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities:
Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors;
Assist Customers with club fitting, including selecting the right shaft, grip, and specifications for optimal performance;
Maintain a premiere stock and visual presence in Hard Goods areas to drive sales and customer experience;
Provide constructive feedback to management on operational and merchandising opportunities;
Ensure front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, and promotions are handled smoothly
