Summary

Lead sales and customer experiences for an assigned luxury beauty brand at a Nordstrom counter, combining selling and teaching to maximize sales and build customer loyalty. Provide makeup applications and skincare consultations while managing vendor events and leveraging in-store and digital selling tools.

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses, and personalized product recommendations.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools, including text and social media.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts to build customer loyalty.
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and a customer-ready presentation.
• Collaborate with and support team members to create an inclusive and welcoming environment.

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare with a strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and handle concerns with empathy.

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
