Guest Service Associate​/Cashier - Gulf Express - Seasonal Flex

Job Summary

Our Guest Service Associate will be responsible for driving top notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. At Global Partners, business starts with people. • Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale in accordance with corporate standards and maintain proper cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions: cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in‑stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor‑related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including day, night, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift or carry up to 25 lbs.
• Access to all areas of the store, including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Perform duties in a timely manner.
• Count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA new‑hire employee onboarding and training.

$17.17 - $20.61 per hour. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time.
