Retail Sales Supervisors champion customer engagement and oversee front‑of‑store operations. The role focuses on increasing sales, conversions, and service throughout the store, actively engaging customers to provide complete solutions. Hiring immediately.

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Focus on delivering an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, and total solutions for every customer.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities and complete daily merchandising and sales opportunities.
• Perform Floor Leader role, directing the team to deliver a high‑quality customer experience in all areas of the store.
• Champion company initiatives, adapt to change, and be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
• Remain available and support an engaging environment.
• Assist with completing and delegating operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Coach the team on win behaviors, great customer service, and results through role‑playing and feedback.

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Strong customer engagement and needs‑analysis skills.
• Effective communication, organization, and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Experience coaching or supervising a team.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a high‑paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Conflicts managed in a reasonable, non‑confrontational, and cooperative manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Physical ability to lift/move materials weighing 10–50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand or walk continuously.
