• Welcome all customers and set expectations
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses
• Act as a leader in optical acumen
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions
• Accurately and thoroughly use technology despite time pressure and customer volume, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and use of appropriate tools
• Proactively explore root causes of issues, forward‑think, and ensure customers are satisfied and expectations are exceeded in a solution‑driven manner
• Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies
• Take pride in store appearance and help keep the store clean, attractive, and organized
• Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices
• Be resourceful and self‑motivated with a desire for continual learning, improvement, and results
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management

• High School graduate or equivalent
• State licensure
• Optical dispensing experience
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder
• Knowledge of current store merchandise
• Strong basic math skills
• Aware of current fashion trends
• Sales skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators
• Embrace new technology and change

• Previous customer service and retail experience

Pay Range: $33.69 - $39.02

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package.
