Store Manager
Reports to:
District Manager. Responsible for leading daily store operations, driving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, brand representation, and team development.
- Communicate performance expectations and ensure staff understand impact of performance on company success.
- Coach and develop staff to consistently represent the brand and execute store visual standards.
- Implement corporate plans and initiatives to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Ensure exceptional customer service through training, outreach, and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Achieve sales projections and quotas, develop strategies to maximize sales potential and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze operational reports, recognize trends, and propose action plans to address issues.
- Collaborate with neighboring stores to foster open communication and shared objectives.
- Promote a People-First environment focused on diversity and inclusion.
- Recruit, onboard, and coach talent, maintaining accurate records and supporting reward eligibility.
- Maintain store cleanliness, compliance, and profitability by controlling discounting, expenses, payroll, and repair departments.
- Schedule work hours to cover business needs, including peak periods, and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Education:
Minimum of 2 years of college (preferred). - Experience:
Minimum 3 years retail sales experience, or 2 years sales experience plus at least 1 year retail management experience. Preference for specialty retail or jewelry experience and DCA certification. - Technical
Skills:
Advanced communication, MS Office proficiency, strong interpersonal, presentation, conflict‑management, and organizational skills. - Languages:
Bilingual skills are a plus. - Other:
Ability to work independently, set priorities, delegate, and explain detailed information clearly. - Physical:
Ability to stand, reach, move merchandise, lift up to 10 lbs., and have visual acuity to discern gemstone quality. Works regular week including weekends, evenings, holidays, and extended hours; travel for training may be required.

CompensationBase pay $50,000 - $81,300 plus commission on sales. Final pay determined by experience and qualifications.
