Sales Associate

Position Overview

Live the Island Life as an ambassador of our brand: represent seasonal stylish trends and lead our store team to exceed guest expectations and sales goals.

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist them in locating or obtaining merchandise based on their needs.
• Provide prompt recommendations and professional service by sharing current product knowledge and offering fit, fashion styling, and add‑on suggestions.
• Inform guests about current marketing programs and upcoming events in line with brand direction.
• Actively participate in all store‑related meetings and work toward exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management.

• 2+ years of guest and sales experience.
• “Get things done” mindset.
• Natural collaborator capable of identifying opportunities and taking initiative.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Bending, stooping, and kneeling required – frequently.
• Climbing ladders – occasionally.
• Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget. Rate range: $15.00 or minimum wage – $22.00/hr.
