We’re looking for a motivated retail leader to support the Store Manager in driving results, leading the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Leadership & Team Support- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of 7–15 colleagues
- Provide real-time feedback and coaching on the sales floor
- Help drive a positive, high-energy team culture
- Step in to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager
- Support delivery of key KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT
- Lead by example in customer service and selling behaviors
- Assist in analyzing performance and executing action plans to improve results
- Ensure strong product knowledge and visual merchandising standards
- Support daily store operations including scheduling, inventory, and stock flow
- Ensure smooth execution of opening/closing procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment
- Support recruitment efforts including interviews and onboarding
- Help train and develop team members
- Contribute to building a strong internal talent pipeline
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Support loss prevention practices and inventory accuracy
- Maintain Health & Safety standards
- 1–3+ years of experience in a retail leadership role
- Proven ability to support sales performance and customer experience
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Commercially aware and eager to learn
- Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about fashion and retail
