Role: Assistant Store Manager
Location: Natick, Massachusetts | Natick Mall
Salary: Starting at $50,000 + Bonus
Reports to: Store Manager
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of a high‑volume, fast‑paced store, while developing your leadership skills and preparing for your next step into Store Management. - Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of 7–15 colleagues
- Provide real‑time feedback and coaching on the sales floor
- Help drive a positive, high‑energy team culture
- Step in to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager
- Support delivery of key KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT
- Lead by example in customer service and selling behaviors
- Assist in analyzing performance and executing action plans to improve results
- Ensure strong product knowledge and visual merchandising standards
- Support daily store operations including scheduling, inventory, and stock flow
- Ensure smooth execution of opening/closing procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment
- Support recruitment efforts including interviews and onboarding
- Help train and develop team members
- Contribute to building a strong internal talent pipeline
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Support loss prevention practices and inventory accuracy
- Maintain Health & Safety standards
- 1–3+ years of experience in a retail leadership role
- Strong interest in developing into a Store Manager role
- Proven ability to support sales performance and customer experience
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Commercially aware and eager to learn
- Organized and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Passionate about fashion and retail
