Summary

Provide exceptional, style-focused customer service on the salesfloor and through digital channels for women's apparel at the Natick Mall. Drive sales by building lasting customer relationships, offering confident style and fit guidance, and using technology and social tools to meet goals. Maintain a customer-ready department through merchandising and merchandising support.

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow Nordstrom Rewards sign-ups.
• Deliver friendly, honest, and helpful service and provide confident feedback on style and fit.
• Support department operations by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require.

• Excellent communication and people skills with a goal-oriented, self-motivated approach.
• Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals and grow customer relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain organization and follow-through.
• Flexible availability based on business needs and the ability to work varied schedules.
• Physical ability to continuously move 6-8 hours per shift, perform frequent bending/squatting/reaching, and lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
