Our client is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Retail Associate to support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. This position involves customer service, stocking merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with general retail and warehouse duties.

Bilingual English/Chinese Required

Location: Natick, MA
Schedule: Full-Time, 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers as needed
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Monitor inventory and report low-stock items
• Collect and return shopping carts
• Assist with unloading deliveries and stocking products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties
• Support various departments as needed
• Follow company policies and safety procedures

• Previous retail, grocery, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Chinese communication skills required
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to push carts and perform general stocking duties

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to perform stocking, cleaning, and general retail support tasks
