About the Role
All Store Team Members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service. They will provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products. While both part‑time and full‑time positions focus on sales responsibilities, they may also be assigned merchandising, front‑end or other responsibilities as needed. Internally referred to as Service Team Member, the role reports to the store management team.
Responsibilities- Maximize product inventory by processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage.
- Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries when assigned.
- Deliver exceptional service and personalized experience by greeting customers, building relationships, and informing them about products and services.
- Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
- Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and perform other duties as assigned.
- Load and deliver orders safely following company policies, procedures, and traffic and safety laws.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 1–3 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a retail setting (preferred).
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory‑management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Walk, bend down repeatedly and be on feet for 8–10 hours a day.
- Safely lift, load and handle cases and pallets.
- Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead repeatedly.
- May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.

Pay Range: $18.02 – $25.23 per hour (may vary based on market location and experience). The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
