Retail Part Time Sales Lead, Fabletics; Natick Mall - Natick, MA

Fabletics is currently looking for a Part‑time Sales Lead for our Natick Mall store in Natick, MA. The role centers on delivering an exceptional, best‑in‑class customer experience while supporting both sales and operations. You will use cutting‑edge technology to create a seamless shopping journey between online and retail channels, work closely with the Store Manager, leaders, and associates, and help our customers live their passion.

This position reports to the Store Manager and seeks a self‑starter with high energy who loves engaging with new people.

• Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on our fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve overall customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s journey.
• Participate in continuous improvement by providing feedback to the Store Manager.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required; boxes can weigh 10‑30 lbs.

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active‑lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator, and ability to bring out the best in others.
• Capacity to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Hourly salary between $18.50 and $20.00, depending on experience.
