The Assistant Manager assists in leading the store to success by developing a team that consistently delivers the Luxury Retail Signature Experience to exceed expectations in all areas of business operations, including financial results, customer and associate satisfaction, merchandise presentation, public relations/events, and asset protection.

• Ensure the Luxury Retail point of view is well presented when communicating with the media.
• Direct and monitor all sales and operations activities to meet operating income and sales objectives.
• Recruit and hire talentos with experience in a luxury service environment.
• Create and maintain bench strength with a clearly defined succession plan.
• Develop associates by providing clear, motivating, and timely performance feedback.
• Accurately staff the store to deliver gracious customer service and meet sales goals.
• Foster an environment that encourages the development of managers and associates; provide challenging assignments and opportunities for management development.
• Recognize associates for performance and service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and service.
• Communicate Luxury Leadership Team feedback based on business needs.
• Share trends and competitive activity with the Luxury Leadership Team.
• Drive the business by analyzing key financial data, monitoring operating efficiencies, and identifying trends and opportunities. Set aggressive action plans.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience
• Strong financial acumen
• Effective oral and written communication
• Polished appearance and public communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Team building and management proficiencies
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Analytical and computer proficient
• Detail oriented
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends

• 5+ years management experience in the luxury service industry

Pay Range:

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
