Role Description The Keyholder role at Cotton On Group in Natick, MA is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting store leadership in daily operations and delivering an excellent customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include opening and closing the store, securing cash and store assets, and ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed. The Keyholder assists with driving retail sales by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations aligned with brand standards.
This role also involves maintaining visual merchandising and store cleanliness, replenishing stock, and supporting inventory processes. The Keyholder models Cotton On Group’s values, supports team members on the sales floor, and helps create a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, with a focus on creating welcoming, inclusive interactions.
- Demonstrated ability in Retail Sales and Communication to engage customers, build rapport, and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Solid Product Knowledge, with the capacity to learn and share information about Cotton On Group brands, collections, and promotions.
- Previous experience in retail or a similar customer-focused environment; keyholder or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Ability to handle cash responsibly, follow operational procedures, and support opening and closing duties.
- Reliable availability for full-time onsite work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team.
