The Keyholder is a full-time, on-site role based in Natick, MA, responsible for supporting daily store operations and providing exceptional customer experiences. This role assists with opening and closing procedures, supervises the sales floor in partnership with store leadership, and ensures adherence to company policies and visual merchandising standards. The Keyholder engages customers, shares product knowledge, and drives retail sales through consultative service and relationship building.
Daily responsibilities include processing transactions, handling customer inquiries and concerns, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting inventory and replenishment tasks. The Keyholder also helps train and coach team members, models brand values, and contributes to local community and philanthropic initiatives hosted by the store.
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, with a focus on building relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Retail Sales and Communication, with the ability to engage customers, explain products clearly, and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Solid Product Knowledge, with the capacity to learn and share details about materials, styles, and brand stories to support confident purchasing decisions.
- Previous experience in retail or a customer-focused environment; keyholder or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic technology tools; ability to follow cash-handling and security procedures.
