Overview

F&W Pest Control of MA is looking to hire a full‑time, entry‑level Home Sales Inspector to join our team. This is a position for those with little‑to‑no previous experience in the pest control industry, though prior experience is always welcome. This role combines competitive drive and teamwork, giving you the opportunity to maximize your financial potential with high‑performance sales skills and contribute to the overall success of the business.

• Understand F&W's termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Serve as a problem solver by using the training provided to decide on the best pest solution for each customer.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and using assigned leads from a robust advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet customers in their homes to explain products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer's home.
• Make recommendations based on inspection findings and address any questions, explaining the process and setting expectations.
• Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company‑provided iPad.

• No experience required – training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.
• All qualified applicants considered per applicable laws.

• Safely use a ladder within weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and possibly OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in various weather conditions.
