Inside Sales, Sales Associate/Assistant
Our client, a Greater Boston home services-based company, is looking for a friendly and eager Inside Sales Representative to assist with the day‑to‑day sales process for their busy office. This is a direct hire opportunity and requires a candidate with professionalism, poise, strong attention to detail, a love of making cold calls, someone who is hungry to grow and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday‑Friday
Compensation: 52K to start and then 100% commission once fully onboarded
Potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications.
Applicants must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Natick to be eligible for this position.
Responsibilities- Calling upon former and prospective clients to create and grow sales.
- Compiling statistics and general market data for the team.
- Researching and creating target mailing lists.
- Building strong relationships with clients and staff.
- Upselling products and services.
- 1‑2 years of Business Development experience (making at least 80‑100 calls/day).
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi‑task and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
