PT Sales Associate

Role Overview

This is a retail position focused on delivering a transformational client experience and driving sales. You will create memorable experiences, build customer relationships, and help grow the business.

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive sales and meet personal goals.
• Use selling skills and product knowledge to create a customer experience.
• Communicate the brand philosophy and lifestyle with customers and colleagues.
• Follow all sales and operational policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to meet loss prevention goals.

• 1–3 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability for a schedule that includes nights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Compensation Range: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour, based on experience and location.
