Inside Sales Representative

A growing home services company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the team onsite. This role is focused on outbound customer outreach, reconnecting with past customers, generating opportunities, and driving revenue growth through a high-volume calling environment.

• Make approximately 150 outbound calls per day to previous customers and existing contacts.
• Re-engage former customers and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Build rapport with customers and educate them on available solutions.
• Schedule appointments and help move prospects through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call activity.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.

• Prior sales, customer service, call center, or business development experience preferred.
• Open to candidates from any industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and driven by results.
• Ability to work onsite full‑time.

• Experience in phone-based sales or appointment setting.
• Track record of meeting activity or performance metrics.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
