La-Z-Boy Natick is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to drive store sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. You will promote the Design program, schedule in-home consultations and assist designers to achieve sales goals.
Training pay ranges from $15 to $20 per hour for 2–6 weeks, with post-training earnings typically $40k–$80k+ including base, bonuses and commissions. The role requires evening/weekend availability and a strong team focus.
