Engage with every Customer encountered and provide world-class service by leveraging PGA TOUR Superstore service behaviors;
Assist Customers with club fittings, including selecting the right shaft, grip, and specifications for optimal performance;
Maintain merchandise presence and visual presentation in Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories) to drive sales;
Assist with front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, and coupons;
Maintain a clean, professional presentation and ensure hardware and supplies are operational
