Inside Sales Representative

Master Chimney is looking for a motivated, professional Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This position is focused on contacting existing and past customers, identifying their chimney and fireplace service needs, and scheduling appointments for our technicians.

This is a high-activity, commission-based sales position for someone who enjoys talking with customers, working toward goals, and being rewarded for results.

Master Chimney is looking for a motivated, professional Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This position is focused on contacting existing and past customers, identifying their chimney and fireplace service needs, and scheduling appointments for our technicians.

This is a high-activity, commission-based sales position for someone who enjoys talking with customers, working toward goals, and being rewarded for results.

• Make approximately 125–150 outbound calls per day to past and existing Master Chimney customers.
• Speak with homeowners to determine their current chimney, fireplace, and heating-system service needs.
• Follow up with customers who are due or overdue for service.
• Educate customers on recommended maintenance and available services.
• Schedule qualified appointments directly with customers.
• Follow up with customers who have previously received estimates or recommendations.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call notes in our CRM.
• Consistently follow Master Chimney's sales process and customer communication standards.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and sales goals.
• Provide a professional, helpful, and knowledgeable customer experience on every call.

Previous sales or call-center experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Experience in home services, construction, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, or another service-based industry is a plus.

This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential
. Your compensation is directly tied to your sales performance and ability to generate appointments and revenue.
