Armed Security Officer – Natick, MA

Schedule:

12–16 hours per week (part‑time per diem); weekend availability required. Predominant shifts:
Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday morning; occasional weekday evening events. Minimum of 2 shifts per week. Locations:
Metro West, MA.

Pay: $24.00–$25.00 hourly, up to $26.00 after the first 180 days. Training paid at $20.00 hourly.

• Provide a visible and active security presence to give peace of mind.
• Conduct randomized foot patrols of the property and key areas.
• Respond to dispatches, alarms, and emergency situations.
• Write detailed incident reports, tour reports, and summary logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff.
• Communicate and collaborate with local emergency services when required.

• Be on time, in uniform, and professional.
• Prior military or law enforcement experience preferred; willing to train the right people.
• Must possess an active MA LTC.
• Must own equipment to conceal carry or open carry.
• Must pass an annual firearms qualification.
• Able to attend required training in Natick, MA, and Holliston, MA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Vigilant, observant, and detail oriented.
• Self‑disciplined and able to de‑escalate conflict.
