This is a contract on-site role for a Kotlin Multiplatform Architect based in Natick, MA. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing and implementing robust Kotlin multiplatform solutions, analyzing client requirements, and defining appropriate architecture and development strategies. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize codebase performance, perform code reviews, and ensure compliance with best practices for software development.

The selected candidate will also mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance where needed.

• Extensive expertise in Kotlin Multiplatform development and architecture, including proficiency in designing reusable cross-platform code.
• Deep understanding of software design principles, system architecture patterns, and scalable application development.
• Strong skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for Kotlin-based applications.
• Experience in leading technical teams and mentoring developers in modern programming practices.
• Strong understanding of related technologies such as Android Development and iOS Development is highly desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a consulting environment or delivering software solutions to a diverse set of industries is a plus.
