Position Overview

At Dris Corporation, the Cannabis Logistics Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating secure, compliant, and time-sensitive cannabis transportation operations. This role serves as the operational command center for daily logistics, maintaining constant communication with driving teams and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of deliveries and transfers.

The Dispatcher also supports order packaging and preparation workflows, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and readiness prior to driver departure. This is a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented onsite role critical to operational success and regulatory compliance.

• Monitoring and coordinating real‑time routes for driving teams
• Maintaining consistent communication with drivers throughout their routes
• Responding to incidents or issues on the road and coordinating with management, compliance staff, and appropriate authorities
• Prioritizing daily schedules and adjusting routes based on operational needs
• Ensuring drivers follow assigned routes and company protocols

• Supporting the preparation and packaging of orders prior to driver departure
• Verifying that all orders are accurately packed, labeled, and organized according to the manifest
• Confirming quantities, destinations, and routing alignment before orders leave the facility
• Ensuring packages are properly sealed, secured, and staged for transport
• Coordinating with inventory, vault, or fulfillment staff to resolve discrepancies before dispatch
• Confirming that all required documentation (manifests, weight sheets, delivery paperwork) is complete and accurate
• Maintaining chain‑of‑custody awareness and escalation of any packaging or documentation issues immediately

• Securing delivery services with required signal checks at designated intervals
• Receiving, logging, and accurately recording all delivery signals across multiple Excel or Google Sheets documents
• Maintaining dispatch logs, compliance records, and end‑of‑day reports
• Supporting audits, internal reviews, and compliance checks as needed

• Communicating clearly, calmly, and professionally with drivers, managers, and partners
• Representing Dris with professionalism, urgency, and sound judgment at all times

• Minimum age of 25 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and applicable holidays
• Excellent verbal communication and problem‑solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively in a high‑volume, time‑sensitive environment
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and professionalism under pressure

• Experience with order packaging, fulfillment, or inventory coordination
• Experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with cannabis compliance and chain‑of‑custody standards

• Double-check details before orders leave the building
• Take ownership of accuracy and readiness, not just routing

• Communicate clearly across departments

• Onsite, indoor operations environment
• Ability to sit or remain attentive for prolonged periods (up to 12 hours per shift)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to perform weighing, counting, calculating, and computer‑based processing tasks
