About the Opportunity
Serv Corp (SCx) is seeking an experienced Lead Warehouse Administrative & Material Handling Specialist to support warehouse operations, inventory activities, material handling, and administrative functions in a fast-paced operational environment.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing hands-on warehouse responsibilities with computer-based inventory and administrative tasks. The successful candidate should also be capable of providing day-to-day guidance and supporting efficient, safe warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily warehouse and inventory operations.
- Receive, organize, store, retrieve, and issue materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Assist with identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Assist with coordinating workflow and supporting warehouse personnel.
- Review and maintain operational records, logs, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding warehouse activities.
- Follow established safety procedures and company policies.
- Identify operational issues and assist with corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other warehouse and administrative duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of professional experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, material handling, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience using computerized inventory or warehouse management systems.
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts and/or other material handling equipment.
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- Ability to accurately maintain inventory records and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve inventory or documentation discrepancies.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor operational environments.
- Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving materials.
- Ability to complete required employment, background, and facility-access requirements.
- Prior lead, senior, or supervisory warehouse experience.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or inventory operations.
- Experience using enterprise inventory or logistics systems.
- Experience with inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
- Forklift/MHE certifications or licenses.
- Experience working in a structured or regulated operational environment.
