Warehouse Administrative & Material Handling Specialist

About the Opportunity

Serv Corp (SCx) is seeking a dependable Warehouse Administrative & Material Handling Specialist to support warehouse operations, inventory activities, material handling, and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable performing both hands-on warehouse work and computer-based inventory tasks. This position requires someone who can maintain accurate records, safely handle materials and equipment, and work effectively in a team environment.

• Receive, organize, store, retrieve, and issue materials.
• Support daily warehouse and inventory activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Perform inventory-related computer transactions.
• Assist with identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain organized storage areas.
• Complete warehouse records, logs, and documentation.
• Follow established safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Support inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other warehouse and administrative duties as assigned.

• 1+ year of professional experience in warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, material handling, or a related field.
• Experience using a computerized inventory or warehouse management system.
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts and/or other material handling equipment.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately maintain records and documentation.
• Ability to identify and communicate inventory discrepancies.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor operational environments.
• Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving materials.
• Ability to complete required employment, background, and facility-access requirements.

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory operations.
• Experience using enterprise inventory or logistics systems.
• Forklift/MHE certification or licensing.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation.
• Experience working in a structured or regulated operational environment.
