• Support the global privacy compliance program and coordinate responses to privacy inquiries and assessments
• Administer vendor management and procurement programs, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve compliance‑driven policies and procedures
• Develop recommendations for process mapping and workflow approvals to enhance compliance effectiveness
• Assist with contract management, policy updates, and preparation of training materials

• 5-10 years of experience in legal operations, privacy program management, or similar roles
• Experience in using process management tools and systems that promote efficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for developing policies and conducting training sessions
• Keen attention to detail and strong project management skills
• Familiarity with contract terms and contract management is helpful

• Background in data privacy compliance requirements and best practices; a CIPM or similar certification is ideal but not required
• Experience in education technology or organizations subject to COPPA, FERPA, or state student privacy laws
• Enthusiasm for technology's potential to transform workflows and an understanding of AI governance
