Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem Pool
This is a 13-week contract position.
07:00 PM - 07:30 AM
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our per diem pool. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients while adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess patient health status with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans.
- Active RN license.
- Proof of various health certifications (e.g., MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB test, and others as listed).
- Completion of Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
- Passing the Prime Core Competencies Exam and Skills Checklist.
- Current BLS certification.
