The successful candidate will assist the Restaurant General Manager in achieving the following key result areas (KRAs):

• Food, Service, Cleanliness standards target achievement
• Sales target achievement
• Profit target achievement
• People leadership and management: learning and development, inspiring, motivating, disciplining and keeping high morale and engagement of the store team.
• Store Operations Administration: adherence to the organization’s operating systems and standards and compliance with all government and legal requirements; financial analysis (profit & loss statement analysis); business planning and management presentations and reports.

• Completed at least high school education.
• At least 2 years experience as a Team Leader in charge of service/product quality standards in a food or retail industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High energy level; able to work in varying work schedules including holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results‑oriented, self‑driven, fast learner and adaptable.
• Computer proficient in MS Office:
  Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
