Warehouse and Delivery Associate; Sales

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and communicative individual to join our team as a Warehouse & Delivery Associate. This role involves warehouse support, daily local deliveries using a cargo van, and customer interaction, with an opportunity to earn commission by bringing in new clients.

• Safely operate a cargo van to transport upholstery products to customer locations
• Load and unload products while following safety protocols (heavy lifting required)
• Assist with warehouse operations, including organizing materials and operating a pallet jack
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Collect payments from customers when applicable
• Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues
• Maintain constant communication with the team during deliveries
• Identify potential new customers during deliveries and communicate leads to the team

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous delivery, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical work
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Dependable, loyal, and interested in long-term employment
