Engtal is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up mixed-use and commercial construction from groundbreaking through occupancy. You will be the primary liaison for ownership, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams, owning projects and driving outcomes.
This role oversees $10M+ projects, builds schedules in Procore and MS Project, manages budgets, bids, RFIs, and turnover, and ensures safety and quality through OSHA standards.
