Take Ownership. Build Landmark Projects. See Your Work Through From Start to Finish.

This isn't your typical Project Manager opportunity. Our client is a growing, vertically integrated real estate developer and general contractor that manages every stage of the development process—from land acquisition and design through construction and final delivery. Unlike large corporate contractors, you'll have direct ownership of your projects, real decision-making authority, and the ability to see developments through from concept to completion.

The portfolio consists of high-profile mixed-use developments featuring multifamily residential, retail, office, and commercial space. These are challenging, high-visibility projects that provide long-term career growth and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

If you're looking for an environment where your decisions matter, your accomplishments are recognized, and bureaucracy doesn't slow you down, we'd love to speak with you.

What You'll Be Doing:

As the Senior Project Manager, you'll lead projects from groundbreaking through Certificate of Occupancy while serving as the primary point of contact for ownership, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing ground-up mixed-use, multifamily, and commercial construction projects valued at $10M+
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules using Procore and MS Project
  • Leading preconstruction planning, constructability reviews, logistics, and project sequencing
  • Managing project budgets, forecasting costs, reviewing invoices, and negotiating change orders
  • Soliciting bids, awarding subcontract packages, and overseeing subcontractor performance
  • Coordinating closely with in-house sitework crews and subcontracted trades
  • Leading owner meetings and maintaining communication with architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Enforcing quality control, safety standards, and OSHA compliance
  • Managing RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, project documentation, and reporting
  • Driving projects through punch list completion, closeout, and turnover

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10+ years of construction project management experience
  • Strong background managing ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, or similar projects
  • Experience overseeing projects valued at $10M or greater
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents, building systems, and construction means and methods
  • Experience with Procore, MS Project, or similar construction management software
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety

Candidates with exceptional project experience or specialized mixed-use construction backgrounds are encouraged to apply, even if they don't meet every qualification listed.

  • 401(k) with company match
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Paid Time Off
  • Long-term career growth with an expanding development portfolio
  • Opportunity to work directly alongside ownership and executive leadership
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with minimal bureaucracy

Why This Opportunity?

This role offers something many traditional general contractors can't—complete project ownership and direct involvement throughout the entire development lifecycle.

You'll work for an organization that develops, builds, and delivers its own projects, allowing you to have greater influence over project outcomes while building an impressive portfolio of complex mixed-use developments.

If you're looking to join a company where your contributions are highly visible and your career can grow alongside an expanding project pipeline, this is an outstanding opportunity.
