- Pay: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, based on education and experience
Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be responsible for daily management of an assigned caseload. This person will provide ongoing development, training, implementation and monitoring of the systems of support, including but not limited to Positive Behavior Intervention and Support and Behavior Plans for persons supported by Aspire.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education (in school settings only), etc.
- Current certification, in good standing, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Must have satisfactory background checks
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
