Our client is a Premier precision sheet Metal Fabrication and Welding Shop. The have a 45,000 sq foot Building in Naugatuck that employs 75. Their components support an incredibly wide variety of products ranging from Ice Machines, Xray Machines, Bridge and Industrial buildings. We are currently seeking a General Labor to join their team!
Job DescriptionGeneral Laborer will help in our steel fabrication shop with loading and unloading fixtures, assembly, deburring parts, using basic hand tools including grinders, light machine work, and assisting with other basic production tasks as needed. The role may include loading parts into a robotic welder. We are seeking someone reliable, willing to learn and cross‑train, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, hands‑on work environment.
WorkHours
6:00 to 2:30 M-F; some overtime may be offered.
Pay$20 per hour
