Weekend LPN

Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Weekend LPN to deliver direct patient care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this on-site role, you'll assess patients, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, perform wound care, and document accurately in the EHR.
